Returns: Possible within 14 days of receipt.
Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Return process: Briefly notify us (email/contact form) or via your customer account and send it back to us.
Costs: Return shipping is on us! Zauberkram offers free returns via return label (Germany).
Exchanges: Not directly possible – please place a new order.
Refund: Will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days after inspection.

3D Craft Kits: Glued or altered kits are excluded from return and exchange.

Trading Card Games: Returns of TCG products are only possible in unopened original condition.
