Refund policy

Did you order something that doesn’t quite meet your expectations? No problem – you can easily return items to us. Here’s how it works.

Returns

You can return items within 14 days of receiving them – no questions asked.

Important:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and undamaged

  • Please include the original packaging (if available)

How to return an item:

  1. Notify us of your return
    Send us a short email or use our contact form to let us know about your return.

  2. Pack the item
    Pack the items securely – preferably in the original packaging.

  3. Send the package back
    Send the package to the following address:

Return shipping costs are to be covered by you as the buyer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

A direct exchange (e.g. for a different size or color) is currently not possible.
If you would like something different, please return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund your purchase amount within 14 days to the original payment method you used.

You will receive an email as soon as the refund has been issued.
