How can I place an order?

It's very simple : Put the products you want in your shopping cart, click on "Checkout" and follow the steps to enter your details and select your payment method.

Can I change or cancel my order later?

As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, please feel free to contact us quickly – we'll check whether a change is still possible.

You can pay securely with:

  • Klarna invoice & instant bank transfer

Is the payment secure?

Yes. Our payments are processed through certified providers such as PayPal and Shopify Payments with state-of-the-art SSL encryption.

An item is sold out – when will it be back in stock?

Whenever possible, we try to restock popular items quickly. You can sign up to be notified when the item is back in stock.

Are there gift vouchers?

Not yet – but we’re working on it!

Return & Cancellation

Can I return items?

Yes. You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days . Please note that return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer.

How does the return process work?

Please notify us of your cancellation using our contact form or by email. Further information can be found on our Right of Cancellation page.

Shipment

How long does shipping take?

Within Germany, delivery time is usually 1-3 working days after receipt of payment.

How much are the shipping costs?

We charge €4.90 per order. Shipping is free for orders over €50.00.

Will my order be shipped with tracking?

Yes, you will receive an email with a tracking link once your package has been shipped.
