Returns & Exchanges
Did you order something that doesn't quite meet your expectations? No problem – you can easily return items to us. Here's how.
Returns
You can return items within 14 days of receiving the goods – no reason needed.
The only important things are:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and undamaged
- Always return items with their original packaging
How to return an item:

Notify us of your withdrawal
Send us a short email or use our contact form to inform us about your return. -
Pack the items
Pack the items securely – ideally in their original packaging. -
Return the package
Send the package to the following address:

You, as the buyer, do not bear the return shipping costs if it is our fault (e.g., wrong or defective item). In addition, we offer free returns (Germany). Just send us a message!
Free returns do not apply to TCG products (see notes on Trading Card Games).
Exchanges
A direct exchange (e.g., for a different size or color) is currently not possible.
If you would like something else, please return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase amount to the payment method you used within 14 days.
You will receive an email once the refund has been processed.
Special Notes on 3D Printing Craft Kits
Our craft kits with 3D printed parts contain small parts and craft materials (e.g., glue, instructions, etc.) that are permanently joined after assembly.
Please note:
Once individual parts of the craft kit have been glued or permanently joined, a return is excluded, as the item is then no longer in its original condition and cannot be disassembled without damage (in accordance with § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB).
If you are unsure whether the kit is right for you, please check the contents before crafting – a return will unfortunately not be possible afterwards.
Special Notes on Trading Card Games
Some of our Trading Card Game products are offered in sealed original packaging. This includes, in particular, boosters, displays, decks, and other sealed items where the integrity of the seal is essential.
Please note:
Once a TCG product has been opened, or the original seal, the seal, or, for displays, the original film has been removed or damaged, a return is excluded, as the item is then no longer in its original condition.
Our free returns do not apply to TCG products. If you are unsure whether the product is right for you, please check the product details before opening – a return will unfortunately not be possible afterwards.
