We want your order to arrive safely, quickly, and reliably. That's why we only work with the most experienced shipping providers and will keep you updated every step of the way. We promise!

• Free shipping: We offer free shipping throughout Germany for orders over €70 . There are no shipping costs for you at all.

Shipping area

We deliver within Germany , to Austria and to all other member states of the European Union .

Shipping to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland, UK, USA) is unfortunately not possible at the moment.

Shipping service provider

We ship our packages with reliable partners such as DHL or DPD .

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link so you can track your package at any time.

Delivery time

• Germany: approx. 2–3 working days
• Austria: approx. 3–5 working days
• Rest of the EU: approx. 3–5 working days

Please note: No shipping on weekends and public holidays.

• Germany:

• Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg:
  8.90 € per order
• Other EU countries:
  11.90 € per order

Delivery to packing stations

Delivery to DHL Packstations within Germany is possible. Please provide your postal code and Packstation address correctly during the order process.

Shipping status & tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we'll send you an email with your tracking number. You can easily track the shipping status online.
