Shipment

We want your order to reach you safely, quickly, and reliably. That's why we work with experienced shipping providers and keep you updated every step of the way.

Shipping area

We deliver within Germany , to Austria and to all other member states of the European Union .

Shipping to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland, UK, USA) is unfortunately not possible at the moment.

Shipping service provider

We ship our packages with reliable partners such as DHL or DPD .

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link so you can track your package at any time.

Delivery time

• Germany: approx. 3–5 working days
• Austria: approx. 5–7 working days
• Rest of the EU: approx. 5–7 working days

Please note: No shipping on weekends and public holidays.

Shipping costs

• Germany:
  4.90 € per order
  For orders over 70 € we ship free of charge within Germany.
• Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg:
  8.90 € per order
• Other EU countries:
  11.90 € per order

Delivery to packing stations

Delivery to DHL Packstations within Germany is possible. Please provide your postal code and Packstation address correctly during the order process.

Shipping status & tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we'll send you an email with your tracking number. You can easily track the shipping status online.
